When a student purchases your lesson through the app, the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) takes a platform fee of 15-30%. From the remaining net amount, you receive 70%. For example, on a $9.99 lesson sold via Google Play, the platform fee is ~$1.50, leaving $8.49 net. Your share: ~$5.94.
Once approved, you'll access the Teacher Portal where you can create lesson packs. Each lesson is a collection of bridge hands with pre-game explanations, post-game analysis, and conclusions. You can also import boards from PBN files. Students play through your hands with real cards and see your teaching notes at each stage.
Yes! You choose from established price tiers: Free, $1.99, $4.99, $9.99, $14.99, or $19.99. You can also create free lessons to attract students and build your reputation before offering paid content.
Earnings are tracked in real-time in your Teacher Portal. Payouts are processed monthly once your balance reaches the minimum threshold. You can set up PayPal or bank transfer as your payout method through the secure Payout Portal.
Great! You can apply for premium teacher status directly from your Teacher Portal. Premium status adds the ability to publish lessons to the public Academy and earn revenue from sales, on top of everything you already have as a regular teacher.
